3D Model & Preview
Your design will be modeled in 3D and presented to you with a visual preview. The approval process will be completed at this stage.
Production & Delivery
The approved design is meticulously produced, final approval is obtained, and it is delivered securely in special packaging.

Depending on the complexity of the design, the average process takes between 2 and 4 weeks. The duration may vary for more extensive projects.
Yes. After you submit your request, we will contact you to finalize the design details. An online meeting will be scheduled if necessary.
Yes. Before production begins, your design will be 3D modeled and presented to you for approval via a visual preview.
Up to two free revisions are provided before production. Revisions three and beyond are subject to a fee.
A 30% down payment covers the design and 3D modeling process and is non-refundable.
Payment can be made via bank transfer/EFT or a single payment by credit card through your personalized product card.
Written approval is obtained before production. No changes can be made to the design after approval.
925 sterling silver, gold, and special alloy options are available. Stone selection is determined according to the project (diamond, colored gemstone, custom cut, etc.).
The product is prepared in special packaging and shipped via insured cargo.
